In Mesh is a community space for people to gather, sit, and relax together. The installation embodies the feeling of being “in a bubble,” immersing viewers in an experience that reflects the characteristics and closeness inherent in tight- knit communities. The structure is built with steel and repurposed fish netting that I sourced from Narragansett, RI. This project was installed in Wesleyan’s Zilkha Gallery in April, 2024.
